Episode 072: Get comfortable feeling uncomfortable
How often to you put yourself in uncomfortable situations throughout the week? I’m not talking about risky circumstances that could potentially harm you, but the kind that allow for personal growth and discovery.
Today I’m joining you from Runyon Canyon, in Los Angeles, where I’ve just finished up some cardio training. And it’s absolutely beautiful atop the hill here, as the sun is setting, and people are walking their dogs and smiling to one another.
How can I create more amazing experiences?
In reality the only way to push yourself, go on exciting adventures, and meet fascinating people is by breaking through your comfort zone.
And yes, it’s going to be uncomfortable, but it’s necessary to feel and internalize the discomfort in order to progress along the journey.
So when was the last time you took an uncomfortable leap and expanded your horizon?
